WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can provide seamless candidate experience to our potential athletes (Nike Employees) with the Talent Acquisition team. You will also build strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment related vendors, supporting the hiring process and ad hoc tasks. If you are a good communicator who can organize and prioritize the tasks with details, you might be a great player of the TA team.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Coordinate interviews with TA team, hiring managers and candidates. This includes interviews with Global and GEO teams.
* Communicate with hiring managers, vendors and candidates ensuring the hiring process in a timely manner
* Managing recruitment related vendors and contracts, payments accordingly
* Supporting the TA Manager with admin tasks and ad hoc works as required

You will be mainly working with Talent Acquisition Manger - Korea supporting the overall hiring process and other administration works as required. You will also communicate with hiring managers regarding timelines, candidates and interview arrangements.
