Job Responsibility:
· Return Planning & Execution
- Responsible for seasonal return planning from ND & NSP.
- Hands on execution for ND return orders in SAP.
- Track return progress and collaborate with return DC to guarantee the operation excellence.
- Collaborate with Account CS team to solve NSP return related disputes.
- Monitor & governance marketplace quality related withdraw.
· COMP Order Management
- Create & maintain COMP order in SAP.
- Provide support to cross team on order placement queries.
· Reporting
- Return Related Report
- Comp Order Report
· Data Analysis
- Build insights based on return data.
· Process Improvement
- Ability to map as-is process and identify the improvement opportunity.
- Drive improvement actions per cross-team’s alignment.
