Responsible for setting digital supply chain strategy, building the critical supply chain capabilities, and developing digital consumer post purchase services to power the growth of Nike digital business.
• Develop and implement the digital supply chain strategy including digital network, consumer experience and operational excellence to lay the solid foundation for digital hyper growth.
• Manage digital distribution and fulfillment operations for digital hubs to provide fast, reliable & sustainable delivery to consumers.
• Lead the retail moments supply chain and post purchase preparation (618,D11,etc) across supply chain and business teams, making sure to deliver the smooth consumer experience.
• Build the O2O capabilities for Nike Direct to drive inventory efficiency as well as capture incremental demand.
• Innovate the post purchase consumer journey and provide the industry leading experience to consumers.
• Connect the dots between front-end business team and back-end operations team to fully execute the supply chain strategy and support business growth.
• Represent supply chain in the digital leadership teams as the subject matter expert to provide insights in support of business decisions
• Drive cross-function communication both within Greater China and global and aligned on key service initiatives and projects;
• Lead a team of over 20+ people and develop future digital talents.
