This role requires a person to take the leadership to energize the marketplace with a holistic education approach through training, experiences and digital tools focused on turning training into a sales tool. That highlights the EKIN's voice as product authorities in the marketplace, internally and externally.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As a Ekin Mgr your principal rol is planning and execute the following bases:
Product & service innovation education
§ Develop Curated APLA Seasonal EKIN Journey calendar for territory.
§ Define seasonal EKIN in store and Virtual trialing events.
§ Define Product, Services and Digital Innovation certification workshops and experiences for Firstline across the marketplace.
§ Contribute to develop Onboarding experience agenda for New Store.
Make sport a daily habit
§ Serve and inspire all store athletes. Promote and help store athletes to make sport a daily habit.
§ Educate and incentivize Firstline about Nike APPs usage (NRC, NTC, NIKE APP)
§ Include Worldwide key Nike events education along seasonal EKIN journey.
Ekin´s Budget
§ Discuss, align and manage seasonal budget needs in alignment and reporting to territory NAX leader.
Coordinate the territory Ekin team
§ Define seasonal execution calendar, strategy and KPI´
§ Provide EKIN´s feedback against performance and execution
§ Onboard new team members, support and drive E4L inspiration.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
As a Ekin Experience Manager you'll report directly to the NAX Manager based in Mexico and a dotted line into the APLA Ekin Experience Manager, leading the Ekin Experience specialist in the territory.
You will Work Cross-Functionally with Brand, Marketing, Store Ops and HR Teams
