CDR (Consumer Driven Replenishment) focus on marketplace Inventory fulfillment capability which is the key component of NSP strategy. Working very closely with x-functions (Account operation, customer service, Tech, account sales, DSM, etc.) and strategic partners, CDR has built several inventory fulfillment tools, including sales pattern analysis, Pre-season load-in fill-in, in-season replenishment and back of house management. NSP will keep evolving Inventory fulfillment capability with market trend and Nike strategy.
• Strategy Management
Base on Nike global strategy to develop local relevant inventory fulfillment strategy. Understand Nike GC and strategic partners daily operation and business status. Generate GC NSP inventory fulfillment capability strategy in line with the global and GC company strategy.
• People Management
Allocate suitable workload to team member and provide enough and timely support whenever it’s needed. Coach and provide timely feedback in various occasions. Help team members to develop their career plan and to facilitate their career success in NIKE.
• Business Request Management
Intake new business requests from x-function teams and transfer it into business capabilities. Balance voices from different teams and drive the alignment to set up the solid business case. Deep dive and estimate the business case rational and get approval from the leadership team.
• Development Management
As product manager, work closely with Tech, consultants and account operation team to design the solution, test and pilot plan. Track the overall development progress, especially on scope, timing, resource, communication and risk management.
• Capability Transition Management
Work closely with account operation team to develop the capability transition plan, including KPI selection and target set-up, performance tracking methodology and roadmap design. Make sure all the capabilities (Tools) are successfully implemented and are well used by end users in daily operation.
• Dashboard Management
Cooperate with Tech support team in NSP daily operation dashboard performance issue fixing.
