WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Project Manager CDM (Consumer Direct Marketing) who will plan and oversee brand projects to help development from concept to execution.
Project Manager CDM will collaborate with GEO and key partner functions of the organization to integrate long term strategy with seasonal execution, implementation of project, and process & tool development based on brand, marketplace insights and understanding on Go-to-Market process.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to help development from concept to execution
* Have a strong partnership with Director of Brand Planning and Project Manager as a member of Brand Planning team
* Deliver key learnings from the marketplace and consumer insights to ensure that our seasonal brand plans create, serve and retain demands well in Korean marketplaces
* Drive cross-construct and cross-functional integration of seasonal/daily marketing enabled with full marketing mix
* Partner closely with CDM to drive the end-to-end timelines and help them bring the plans to life
* Manage budget accuracy of CDM function including monthly execution expenses, additional funding, requests and savings
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
* You will directly report to Director of Brand Planning and work with Project Manager as a member of Brand Planning team.
* You will work with GEO Brand Planning team to share territory’s strategic decisions and insights and especially have a close partnership with APLA (Asia Pacific & Latin America) CDM Brand Planning Director and Project Manager.
* You will work with cross functional teams to align the territory CODE activation.
* You will partner with CDM, CBM (Consumer Brand Management), Merchant and Marketplace to lead and deliver our clear vision of Marketing plan (Marketplace Units Extensions by Channel and Consumer Construct).
* You will work closely with CDM to drive in-season operational excellence. * You will work with CDM and all other marketing functions, including partner functions and the finance team to set a budget plan and drive monthly/quarterly budget accuracy.
