WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Brand Specialist who understands the Nike Brand and Men’s Consumers in Korea. The nature of Brand Management role is to create brand demand and engage with our members. The candidate should have a digital first approach, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative nature and a strong relationship & pulse of the Lifestyle & Performance-related culture in Korea.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
This role is responsible for implementing and executing marketing plans that fuel daily engagement and strengthen consumer relationships across Lifestyle and Performance.
• Provide consumer insights and market observations that will help to build the long-term and seasonal brand plans for Korean Men’s consumers
• Drive and execute the brand strategies and seasonal marketing initiatives with a digital first mindset
• Partner with the cross-functional teams to ensure seasonal initiatives are executed per direction based on our Consumer Construct
• Manage operational support: e.g. timeline & budget managing, seasonal product allocation
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
As a Men’s Brand Specialist, you’ll be reporting to the Men’s Brand Manager. You will be mainly working with Consumer Brand Management Men’s team based in Seoul and working with APLA (Asia Pacific & Latin America) geography Brand Management team based in Oregon. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing division.
