Job Accountabilities
• Develops 3-5 years business strategy plans for accounts. Develops yearly door plan, including new, reno and door closure according the development strategy.
• Bottom up OTB targets by fleet & category and align with accounts.
• Be responsible to download product strategy to account branch and achieve alignment during sell-in gates to deliver qualified future booking results
• Bring account branch’s voice back to national RP team to fine-tune product strategy during sell-in gates
• Track and monitor regional sell-through performance and be responsible for in-season product management
• Consolidate, collect, and analyze marketplace trend and performances thru account branches and by multiple business insights and follow up action.
• Collaborate with account to realize business status and initial multiple programs to support business recover or growth.
• Coworker with multiple teams, initial seasonal 13-week business plan and roll out, monitor and checking business on track and provide business solution.
• Make sure key doors can well performed and drive key door comp growth as mission.
• Analyze partners business by door, city cluster and territory base, from structure to process to deliver business result and grasp, reading marketplace intelligence.
