TA Operations Specialist Job in Shanghai, Shanghai, China Mainland, VT

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist within the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, you'll be responsible for one or more Talent Acquisition Technologies, as well as HR projects to drive creation of recruitment quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other initiatives to meet the increasing company expectations as it relates to the talent strategy and growth. This includes solutions for Applicant Tracking, Process integration, Background Checks, Candidate Sourcing, and a variety of additional tools used to recruit talent. As a key member in a growing team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that Nike Talent Acquisition is strategically positioned to support the continued growth of the organization in an efficient, effective, and compliant manner.

Duties in the role will include:

* Manage tools related to TA to support global recruitment like Applicant Tracking System, Talent Pool system and the Careers Site.
* Leverages analytical data to improve effectiveness of all Talent Acquisition programs, reporting successes.
* Analyzing potential solutions
* Participating in implementation project
* Resolving system issues
* System administration & configuration
* Vendor management
