• Right KPIs target setting of VMP doors
• Optimize scorecards to empower responsive read & react, incl. contribution to MGM, ecosystem value, in-store consumer services/experience tracking
• Key learning for long term scale and optimization; e.g. the ROI of service, experience, seasonal campaign and VM investment
• Develop testing & learning agenda to evaluate shopper jouney experience including offline and online Value Stores.
• Partner with leaders from Concept Development, VM, Retail Operation, VMP Merch, VMP Planning to deliver best-in-class shopper insights and retail solutions.
• Leverage machine learning to predict consumer behavior pattern of Value stores to optimize the resource and maximize revenue
