Job Description
• Right KPIs target setting of UNITE doors
• Right KPIs target setting of VMP digital store
• Optimize scorecards to empower responsive read & react, incl. contribution to MGM, ecosystem value, in-store consumer and member services/experience tracking
• Drive Value Consumer growth in both B&M and eCommerce platforms
• Key learning for New Concept stores’ long term scale and optimization; e.g. the ROI of service, experience, seasonal campaign and VM investment
• Develop testing & learning agenda to evaluate consumer in-store journey and experience via Omni Channels
• Leverage machine learning to predict consumer behavior pattern of New Concept stores to optimize the resource and maximize revenue
• In partnership with our internal and external functions, develop and apply our insights and learnings to support VMP New Concept stores succeed.
