We are currently looking for a driven, experienced supervisor to join the team at our Harbour Town Factory Store. This full-time opportunity will see you effectively lead the Apparel zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service excellence in accordance with Nike standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Lead and coach your allocated team in line with Nike competencies and customer service programs
• Drive the team to achieve advanced customer service skills, sales techniques and expert product knowledge to connect customers with the right product
• Record coaching conversations, conduct check-ins with your team and provide coaches with feedback for performance reviews
• Play a part in ensuring health and safety standards are maintained in store
• Assist Coaches in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for Sales Associates (Athletes)
• Actively participate and plan morning meetings and team nights, support the team to deliver engaging huddles.
