Senior Manager of Tmall Consumer Innovation Job in Shanghai, Shanghai, China Mainland, VT

Responsibilities:
• In collaboration with the line manager, support to establish short-term and long -range goals in innovation programs to achieve platform vision and mission for Nike Tmall;
• Work with line manager and key counterparts to develop and deliver and execute successful program ideation, planning, team mobilization, resource allocation, end-to-end implementation and iterations;
• Bring innovative and entrepreneurship to the team and continue to explore new opportunities within Tmall and Ali-ecosystems;
• Be the key contact person with Ali partners in driving multi-channel programs and consumer related innovations;
• Organize and facilitate the complex conversations and alignment across internal functions and be responsible for the end program delivery;
• Manage leadership communications with strong story-telling capabilities in structure way; Support the line manager to maximize the key program’s impact within Nike and Ali partnerships; Drive demand incremental to the business in both short-term goals and long-term strategies
