ROLE PURPOSE

Nike’s connected Ecosystem of Sport in the City. Engage the consumer in the city, on their terms through VMS, as move them from consumer to Athlete, Athlete to member to meet Highly engaged member.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs work in support of brand plans, links daily work with company mission, participates in initiatives, programs or products presentation;
- Leverage & apply industry style and trend insights to showcase inspirational & aspirational, consumer-right looks and product statements;
- Create brand distinction and amplify key moments that cut across innovation, sport and culture;
- Based on the VMS support strategy, improve the pertinence of store management, and ensured the smooth implementation of the company's strategy in the city cluster;
- Manage product presentation related projects for special events, store openings and remodels to ensure projects are completed within budget & time constraints;
- Lead and drive a curated and holistic product journey across concepts;
- Proactively partner to capture & apply consumer first, data driven retail insights;

DELIVERABLES /DECISION RIGHTS

•DELIVERS Drive seasonal visual merchandising & styling strategy that build and power the flywheel in key City & Trade Zone;
•DELIVERS Partner with GEO to execute VMS strategy by concept /product story telling;
•DECIDES Work with City TTT team for VMS direction excellence download;
•DECIDES Drive one marketplace elevation with new service module;
•DECIDES Clear CLC service model depends on city tier and door level;
•DECIDES Holistic consumer journey (pre-during-post) across product, service & experiences in stores;
