• Develops and executes proactive recruitment strategies to attract senior director + (S band ) talents , building engagement model to the bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
• Establishes a rich external talent pool, directly linked to key roles/critical skills in Nike GC and ensuring a successful conversion of talent pool candidates into (potential) hires.
• Builds knowledge of talent presence to determine best approach to engage talent.
• Strategize and summarize talent marketplace insight to support GCLT and HRLT related talent and capability decisions
• Partners with TA director to drive TA related initiatives , program and campaigns
