Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail oriented Consumer Service expert to join NIKE. This person ideally has expertise with advanced reasoning and data analysis skills, acumen to operational efficiency, consumer obsession, and rich industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
• Overall responsible for the broad compliance work in Consumer Services Delivery work
• Establish compliance rules and regulations on the basis of ensuring service delivery in the right way
• Minimize operational risk by eliminating individual behavior issue or process loophole
• Understand the tools, systems, network, invoicing, and commercial terms in contract with suppliers
• Work with QA team tracking service case to figure out outliers and possible causes
• Provide recommendation to stakeholders on the fix and improvement
