WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for RPA Manager, Automation CoE. This role is part of WHQ Finance CoE, Finance Transformation & Strategy organization, which delivers automation solutions using RPA and other technologies to improve productivity and quality across business functions.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end bot deployment lifecycle, the team of Nike employees and contractors, and stakeholders. The candidate must have a strong experience in RPA Automation Anywhere environment, basic programming skills in HTML, Javascripts or in any other scripting languages. The person should also have good process architecture and improvement experience, analytical skills, team management skills, ability to solve problems, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated and operates with a high sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Automation Support & Delivery:
* Manage automation team of fulltime employees and contractors in India to deliver high quality automation using RPA and other tools across business functions.
* Accountable for the performance and results of the team.
* Plan and prioritize resources to meet business goals.
* Provide technical guidance to employees and stakeholders to drive automation.
* Perform standard management activities involved in the employment lifecycle, inclusive of hiring, terminating, coaching, and developing talent.
* Utilize prioritizing skills to determine where to focus efforts to drive value and connect with corporate objectives.
* Champion a metrics-driven culture. Utilizes metrics (SLAs, KPIs, volumetrics) to inform decision making and improvement.
* Provide updates and reports to management.
Stakeholder Engagement & Automation Delivery:
* Engage with business functions to identify automation opportunities.
* Manage stakeholders’ expectations.
* Identifies evaluate, and prioritize opportunities and processes for automation.
* Oversee automation assessments and recommends process improvements, and provide holistic solutions.
* Provide technical and architectural inputs to the team to develop bots.
* Develop and support the automation bots.
* Solve problems related to automation.
* Ensure right SLAs for post deployment support.
* Manage global projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and internal controls.

* Line management to Finance Leadership Team
* Business functions in Finance across Geos
* Other functions - Market Place Ops, Supply Chain, Trading Cos etc.
