WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an RPA Analyst. This role is part of WHQ Finance CoE, Finance Transformation & Strategy organization, which delivers automation solutions using RPA and other technologies to improve productivity and quality across business functions.
This role is responsible for development, deployment of bots, and provide support for the bots deployed. The candidate must have good experience in RPA Automation Anywhere environment, and basic programming skills in HTML, Javascripts or in any other scripting languages. The person should also have process architecture and improvement experience, good analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Automation Support & Delivery:
* Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements.
* Process architecture and design using RPA and other tools.
* Develop RPA bots, utilize other tools and technologies to deliver automation solutions.
* Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
* Support the launch and implementation of Automation Anywhere RPA solution.
* Production support for the deployed processes.
* Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
* Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
* Provide production support for the deployed processes.
* Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Engage with business functions to capture requirements and provides updates as required.
* Provides ideas for automation solutions.
* Solves technical problems related to automation.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
This role is part of the WHQ Finance Automation CoE within Finance Transformation and Strategy Organization. This role will work closely with:
* Line management to Finance Leadership Team
* Business functions in Finance across Geos
* Other functions - Market Place Ops, Supply Chain, Trading Cos etc.
