WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for our Inbound Cost Analyst to join our Inbound team at DC (Estado de Mexico). This role will be in charge to cost and process payments to carriers (Vessel, Air & Truck) ensuring the contracts terms and coordinations compliance and closely working with our Financial area. Our IB CA shall be organized, prioritize tasks, proactive and good team player.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
This role will be responsible to ensure the right cost charge for all the Inbound shipments in system (SAP), staying in touch with the carriers making sure that payments will be processed based on the contracts and preventing any incorrect invoice.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You’ll be the point person for inbound costs and report direct to the Inbound Manager. On the daily you will be in touch with Inbound transportation, Trade and Customs and Financial teams, being the key person for supporting on costing and its validation.
