About the job
Responsibilities:
· Work with cross functional team to lead Supply Chain initiatives for customer;
· Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive development aligned with commercial strategy;
· Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution;
· Lead NIKE teams and customers to achieve mutually agreed plans;
· Act as the voice of the customer to influence NIKE capability development and service offerings;
· Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers;
· Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from both a NIKE and customer point of view;
· Find supply chain improvement opportunities by analyzing routine operation performance result
