WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Merchandising Manager - Key Accounts and General Partners for our South East Asia & India territory to join our Merchandising team. This position is based out of Manila, Philippines
You have strong merchandising, communication and business analytical skills. You are a self-starter and creative thinker with a strong collaboration and partnership mentality. You have effective verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations in English. You instill trust, act with courage, embrace and lead changes when it happens. You value differences among team members and foster effective teamwork. You also ensure clear accountability in the team.
You will have the opportunity to partner cross- functionally to build the Gender vision for your portfolio of Accounts and land that vision from adoption to sell-in. You will be empowered to make decisions with key stakeholders in order to hit the revenue targets as well as build an effective account relationship to best serve the consumer.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Adopt and Edit territory Nike Direct Digital line to best serve needs of Key Accounts and General Partners through the lens of the Gender Strategy. Build Account Assortments
* Partner with Geo Merchandising Team to feedback updates, product requests & support needed
* Partnering cross-functionally to build assortment frameworks ahead of each season based on assortment opportunities
* Building Assortment Sell In tools to provide Account with critical product information
* Reviewing Assortments to understand Silhouette Mix/ Pricing Architecture and competitive landscape to adjust to best serve the consumer
* Co-Leading seasonal sell-in by presenting the assortment strategies and product to the account to land the seasonal goals
* Land the consumer vision while delivering on the sales target
* Participating in reading and reacting to the day to day business results with future looking assortment decisions

You will work with the Geographies Merchandising team, SEA&I Merchandising team and Marketplace Units in Philippines.
