At the heart of this evolution is the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Platform Business Operations team who strive to flawlessly deliver seasonal moments and consumer experiences across all of Nike’s digital platforms, 24 / 7 / 365. This team delivers results by building strong cross-functional partnerships, leading the planning effort for priority consumer and commercial moments, and executing those moments with precision.


We are looking for our next SNKRS Operations Manager. This role supports a team of Operations Managers focused on planning and executing key initiatives and delivering consumer experiences across Nike Direct’s digital platforms. The role demands a strong communicator, a keen attention to detail, an aptitude for process, and a hunger to continuously learn and grow.


If this is you, you’ll be working with a host of partners and teammates within Nike Direct Digital Commerce team. As a captain driving the execution of priority consumer moments, you’ll unify and align teams to document moment plans and runs-of-show. You’ll leverage your knowledge of technology and tools to influence moment strategy, optimizing them for the best consumer experience. You’ll provide in-moment captaincy and leadership ensuring all tasks are executed flawlessly. And, you’ll continuously seek and deliver process improvement making future consumer experiences better.

A typical day/week looks like leveraging a suite planning and data systems to update product information and ensure products are ready for key moments, using communication tools and facilitating planning sessions to ensure teammates and partners are aligned and prepared to execute, regularly assessing our platforms from the perspective of the consumer to identify and address friction points, and leading teams through moment execution with a deep focus on precision and accuracy. Cross-functional support and stakeholder management is key to be successful in the role and there will opportunities to prepare and amend content that will show on our platforms to consumers.


In this role, you’ll work closely with a number of cross-functional partners and teammates within the Nike Direct Digital Commerce organization across different geographies and time zones including Platform Business teams, Digital Brand, Membership, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, Production Support, and Operations.
