WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As the Privacy Program Manager, you will champion the development of Nike’s digital compliance and privacy program. Your primary focus will be on South Korea with opportunity to further support the rest of the Asia Pacific region. Your core responsibility will be to organize, structure, and manage Nike’s portfolio of privacy and digital compliance work. Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive support to Nike’s in-house lawyers and outside counsel related to various compliance projects. You will drive development of tools and processes to support key initiatives and maintain training programs.
You will be involved in the review of digital products for consumer and internal users, to ensure proper privacy controls for business initiatives representing various levels of risk. Through your analysis you will be delivering guidance to ensure experiences are consistent with Nike privacy principles, and encourage privacy best practices through consistent analysis, feedback, and follow-through with product and engineering teams.
As the sole privacy person in the Seoul office, you will be representing Nike’s global Privacy team in both strategic and day-to-day activities with Nike business, legal, and technology stakeholders.

While the sole Privacy resource in South Korea, this role is supported by, and will work closely with, Nike’s Privacy Legal, Program, and Analyst resources located around the world.
