Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and detail - oriented Consumer Serviecs Vendor Management expert to join NIKE. This person ideally has expertise with advanced communications skills, accumen to operational efficiency, consumer obsession, and rich industry knowledge.

• Provide supervision and guidance to vendor partners to deliver based on operational targets agreed in contract
• Always focus on consumer satisfaction and use consumer experience as the NorthStar for any business decision. Be an advocator representing NIKE consumers
• Proactively involve campaigns, i.e., 618 and Double 11, by leading vendor partners and engaging platform stakeholders
• Minimize operational risk by identifying individual behavior issue and/or process/system defects
• Organize regular business review meeting with vendor partners
• Generate reports and provide data/insights to the internal and X-function teams in NIKE
• Strong business acumen, on both vendor side and NIKE operational model
• Maintain relationship with key stakeholders, i.e. Alibaba and Consumer Services Delivery vendors
