As a Content Designer in Nike Consumer Services Team, you will primarily be responsible for Nike consumer service-related content design 、writing and editing for athletes or consumers through several platforms. In this position, you will also be looked to as the process expert of Nike service and will proactively provide actionable and constructive suggestions to optimize both internal and external service process.
In this position, you will collect and integrate service information from different channels and summarize quickly to deliver to athletes through one huddle platform with accurate information. You will be the main person to keep athlete knowledgebase at the most updated status. At the same time, you will design or localize Nike.com get-help pages to introduce Nike product or service for our consumers.
You'll develop strong partnerships and collaborate with various groups to assist in driving the delivery of an exceptional customer service experience.
