As a Service and Product Lead in Nike Consumer Services Team, you will represent Nike to train and elevate service capability of BPO training team and operation team. In this position, you will be looked as Nike service and product expert and will proactively provide TTT training to our external partners to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
In this position, you will work with partners to update training material though both geo design and global contents localization. You will fully understand responsibility and capability requirements of each role in BPO and build solid plan to elevate service capability through training. You will also be the key person to deliver Nike service、 product knowledge and skills to BPO training team.
As product expert in Consumer Service, you will also handle product related escalation cases and work with cross functions to find correct answer and solutions for athletes.
