Overview of the Job:
This merchant focuses on consumer right MEN’s product assortment for all concepts and key doors across NSO & NSP stores. He/she is also responsible for seasonal product sell-in and NSO store in-season management.
• NDDC merch
• Assortment planning
• Sales account / Sell-in & Sell-thru
• Builds product assortment for all CLC concept stores and key doors across NSO & NSP in a consumer-centric way. Work closely with Consumer Merch & NDDC Merch to make sure consumer needs at retail store will be fully served.
• Delivers robust product sell-in to retailors, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc.
• Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend thru creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision.
• Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores.
• Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace.
