· Be responsible to lead end to end Nike Direct Digital Commerce consumer code project, ensure successful landing on global download and local initiatives
· Initiate, define the agenda and manage key x-functional meetings to drive our in-season and future season planning and strategic projects forward
· Work closely with x-functional leaders from merchandising, platform business team, marketing team and others to capture key pain points and leverage key meetings to drive for solution
· Create and develop useful tool including but not limited to work back schedule, key gate and moments calendar, etc to maximize transparency and keep tracking on the progress of cross functions
· Build up relevant process on Consumer Code to ensure on-time deliverables and clear responsibility based on RAPID model.
