Key Roles And Responsibilities
* -Author and publish Nike APP content, experience and notification via Nike internal tools.
* -Be in charge of Nike APP new feature pilot and testing, including O2O features.
* -To be launch captain for Nike APP launches, close monitor Nike APP launch events and track launch issues.
* -Be a system setting expert to consolidate system efficiency opportunities.
* -Communicate with X-functional team to get brief on content.
* -Send out operations reports and dashboard to track content readiness.
* -Build up APP operation process and system setting handbook.
* -Quality check content and experience.
