• Understand China Digital marketplace trends, build Converse Digital Operation team to support multiple platforms business growth including existing and future potential channel
• Drive and optimize digital business process
• Manage digital assets/content by working with x-functional teams ( global, Geo and digital team)to support platforms assets needs for both daily/moment and campaign and ride on marketplace shift for different assets/content template ( including PDP, head to toe, short video, personalization , etc)
• Manage agency and trade partner to ensure operation excellence including agency team R&R, process improvement, contract renew, KPI alignment and regular business review.
• Manage Customer service team and bring the best industry practice to serve both platforms’ consumers
• Be a team leader and coach for team development
