Overview of the Job:
Develop insight-based communication strategies and member journey across NIKE outbound channels - both email and SMS and make sure it is on the best interest of our NIKE members on both marketing and commercial campaigns. Assist NIKE to achieve business target and improve performance through various testing and optimization.
Reporting Line: Senior Manager, Targeted Comms

Job Responsibility:
* Collaborate with cross-function team to set up member lifecycle communications
* Collaborate with cross-function team to create connected member omni-channel communication journeys and design the best communication journey for consumers
* Review past campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs
* Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign
* Partner with insights team and leverage consumer/data insights to develop testing strategies and plans to optimize communication efficiency
* Ensure we have proper revenue tracking mechanism from channel perspectives
