Job Responsibility:
DC Solution Design & Implementation:
• Launch new ideas/ initiatives to increase Nike Return DC capacity or improve operation efficiency;
• Take the leading role to manage cross B2B/B2C Return DC solution design;
• Manage overall solution deliverables from design to implementation, testing and process optimization. Build strong collaboration with 3PLs and Nike stakeholders;
• Study industrial automation / innovation solution and leverage best practice.
DC System Enhancement:
• Facilitate and manage overall system enhancement requirement (incl. SAP, WMS, dashboard & etc.) in Nike Return DC;
• Assess the operation & system impact for new business projects/requirements;
• Regular monitor system enhancement progress and dashboard/system performance, drive action plans with 3PLs and Nike stakeholders;
• Collaborate with 3PLs and drive key system solution deliverables.
DC Continuous Process Improvement:
• Build up DC key performance metrics and reporting mechanism.
• Measure and monitor DC performance periodically, provide insights to leadership team and operation team.
• Drive 3PL continuous process improvement and manage results vs. Nike target.
