Daily Allocation Operation:
- Build key categories allocation plan. Arrange products Load in / Fill in according to requested launch date / EA date / OMD. Monitor inventory efficiency at platform/store level and balance / consolidate of products based on sales performance or business decision.
- Communication to the merchandising / planning / business team about products readiness, chasing delivery and ad-hoc issue handling…
NDDC focus
- Involving in Nike.com eco-system (incl. HK.com) platform daily operation from allocation perspective.
- Supporting NDDC allocation leader on driving NDDC related conversations with cross function, like capacity management, group purchase inv management…
- Developing and monitoring of specific KPIs to drive allocation strategy and inventory deployment efficiency & accuracy.
- Analysis and development of new processes, methods and tools.
