Who Are We Looking For?

Nike is seeking an intelligent and hard-working marketing leader to join the Nike Integrated Media team for SEA&I (Southeast Asia and India).

As the Integrated Media Director for SEA&I, this role will be responsible for

1) Developing and driving the Nike media marketing strategy for SEA&I market in addition to coordinating and executing various elements of the campaigns with in-market teams with the goal of inspiring athletes• as well as

2) Generating awareness and demand for Nike products and innovation via both online and offline Nike destinations, and

3) Oversee new Nike member acquisition and growth.

Moreover, the Integrated Media Director will manage and oversee the strategy and execution of media advertising campaigns across all media channels including but not limited to digital and mobile (SEM, OLM, Paid Social, etc.), TV, Print, and OOH. In addition, the role will require collaboration with Brand Creative teams and sports category marketing leads and functional marketing partners to ensure the most impactful 360-degree integrated media marketing campaigns. This role will report into SEA&I Marketing Director and dotted-line reporting to APLA (Asia Pacific Latin America) Integrated Media Director.

What Will You Work On?:

• Create and communicate seasonal media marketing strategy for SEA&I to best accomplish business objectives.
• Work closely with both SEA&I Marketing Director and SEA&I Nike Direct Digital Commerce GM to develop the Digital Performance marketing model for SEA&I Nike Direct Digital Commerce that ensures we can exceed our business targets.
• Create and communicate seasonal media marketing strategy for SEA&I to best accomplish business objectives.
• Expand and carry out marketing strategies to drive traffic, revenue in an efficient Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) as well as maximize high-value app downloads.
• Supervise and partner closely with Brand Media Manager for SEA&I to create holistic full-funnel media journey for SEA&I consumers.
• Develop, execute and optimize media plans to maximize acquisition of high-value Nike members.
• Work closely with Brand Creative teams to request and to plan for creative asset delivery.
• Align regularly with Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Media counterparts for alignment on key APLA and SEA&I Nike priorities and initiatives.
• Attend Integrated Marketing Meetings with brand management marketing leaders to understand key category priorities and to create functional alignment.
• Measure business impact and report on pre-aligned KPI for each campaign via post-campaign reports and analysis, including recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and oversee both brand and performance media advertising budget.
• Manage and maintain media agency relationships.
• Conduct and analyze competitive and industry market research to improve current media advertising programs.
• Identify, experiment and develop new media strategy and tactics to connect with consumers in innovative ways.
• Manage, coach and develop media team members and talent.

Who Will You Work With?

• This role will report into Sr. Director, Marketing, SEA&I, and dotted-line report to Director, Integrated Media, Asia Pacific Latin America
• This role will be managing the Integrated Media team in SEA&I as well as agency relationships.
• This role will partner closely with cross-functional SEA&I marketing teams, SEA&I business teams (including Nike Digital Commerce) as well as Integrated Media team in Asia Pacific Latin American HQ.
