Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

• develop and deliver regular communications content that informs, connects, and inspires GC DSM employees through different format.
• work in close partnership with leaders to develop run-of-show, coordinating guest speakers, any presentation materials (videos, slides, music, etc.), and meeting production.
• support employee engagement squad’s design and content generation needs for key projects. Design the full year engagement calendar, innovate different events format to support various purpose, plan and execute different size of group engagements.
• take a leading role on a working team to emcee a recurring forum with GC DSM leaders to ensure managers are equipped to lead their teams effectively.
• recommend and implement initiatives to drive appreciation and gratitude.
• create announcements that inform teams of key shifts in roles, reporting lines, or individual moves across the organization.
• build and manage a cohesive portfolio of communication tools, templates, platforms and concepts that can be customized based on need.
• develop and implement persistent measurement tools and processes to accurately assess audience beginning state, current state and gap to desired state of awareness, understanding, alignment to and activation against DSM strategic objectives. Support training conversation and facilicate the needs.
• manage the budget and resources (internal and external) associated with the execution of the communication strategy. Develop and participate in the business planning, budget and performance target setting process.
