Job Responsibility:
ND inventory benchmark maintenance:
- Setup E2E / trading inventory benchmark (target) across whole fiscal year with considering upstream business plan and ND operational model.
- Keep update according to latest upstream plan and compare the monthly landing inventory with the benchmark and dig out the reason behind of the gap
Inventory rolling plan:
- Cooperate with MFP, AP and finance team to build and reconcile monthly plan including shipment, cancellation and return.
- Make sure the rolling inventory plan with be tie with inventory benchmark.
- Broadcast the result , changes and root cause to broader teams including IM, NVS and operations for downstream planning and executions
Lead IMIM process
- Manage IMIM process and detail operation to achieve in season / season end release target through both bottoms up planning (SKU evaluation) and top down planning (inventory rolling plan)
- Provide IMP inventory visibility and proposal re-balancing inventory cross IMP by measure performance of key model and top investment style under different MPU to maximize NIKE inventory efficiency
Ad-hoc inventory analysis or special project
- Support various kinds of inventory analysis requirement or special project cross IMP for different purpose, like inventory optimization, inventory risk assessment, SEC data cleansing...
