WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a passionate teammate to join us in our commitment to champion an ethical culture for all athletes*. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of ambiguity and can think strategically to help the Ethics & Compliance team plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
If this is you, you’ll be responsible for championing an ethical culture across multiple functions in Japan and perform other tactical tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Ethics and Compliance Director - Asia Pacific. You will become an expert on Nike’s code of conduct and compliance policies and executing on localization of the Ethics & Compliance program priorities. You will work on risk assessments for fraud, bribery and corruption, conducting compliance trainings, preparing communications, advisory role on corporate compliance policies and at least quarterly updates to align with key stakeholders.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report to the Ethics & Compliance Director - Asia Pacific who is based in Singapore, while you are based in Tokyo. Your key stakeholders will be functional leaders in Japan and the functional leaders in Asia Pacific, as required. You will partner closely with the Ethics & Compliance program’s cross functional team, which includes members from Controlling, Legal, and Human Resource to continue Nike’s efforts in promoting a culture of Do the Right Thing behavior.
