Job description:
To support Nike’s involving and industry leading marketplace practices and operations across all Swoosh business channels in Greater China, we are looking for an Ethics and Compliance Manager, who is anticipated to be an Ethics & Compliance specialist dedicated to support the designated business functions by providing upfront risk assessment, effective training and communications and day-to-day compliance advice
You will report directly to Greater China Ethics & Compliance Director
Major Responsibilities of this position:
Your core responsibilities include but not limited to:
Partnering with business leaders and the management team of the designated business functions to proactively identify, evaluate and manage risks associated with emerging business strategies and provide pragmatic options for risk mitigation and management, in accordance with NIKE ethics and compliance framework and policies, in a way that enables sustainable business growth with desired ethics and compliance culture
Implementing training and communications for the NIKE Code of Conduct and the related policies, procedures and standards
Acting as a trusted advisor to the designated business functions on compliance related matters to support day-to-day business operations.
Working as the interface between the designated business functions and Ethics & Compliance team in driving timely policy updates, end-to-end process controls & optimization, and system automation& enhancement
Supporting Greater China Ethics & Compliance Director to drive and execute Greater China and above-country compliance related initiatives for the designated business functions
Handling the disclosed Conflicts of Interest cases and approval requests in according with NIKE compliance policies for the designated business functions
Partnering with cross-functional teams and other compliance team members to assess the continuous improvement needs in operational excellence of compliance programs
