You are able to deliver on Brand and Business objectives, effectively acquire, engage and retain our members by connecting them with the innovation, experiences and stories that position Nike as an industry leading sport and lifestyle brand. You are the leader to orchestrate cross functional teams delivering the optimal, local relevant digital experience for our consumers. WHAT WILL THE TALENT WORK ON?
l Lead, own and drive the holistic Nike Consumer Direct Marketing Digital Platforms and Channels’ Vision, Growth, Strategy & Plan for HK & TW, with the strategic balance of commercial, brand, as well as member engagement growth, working in close collaboration with GC CDM teams e.g. Digital, Social, 365 Member Marketing & HKTW Marketplace Unit (MPU) Teams
l Act as an integrator and thought-leader between HKTW Marketing functions: Brand Experience, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, CDM Store to design, build and execute effective member-led marketing plans/journeys that serve both brand & business objectives for the ‘One Nike Marketing’ in HK & TW
l Lead the team in the future with integrated planning process to align and prioritize marketing stories/product concepts thru the lens of digital commerce and the ‘One Nike Marketplace’ in HK & TW. The partnership with Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Membership Planning and Strategic Account Management are critical to serve/retain the membership & business with the growth both online and offline (O2O)
l Manage, lead and coach a growing, high-performing team across digital marketing (Nike.com/Targeted Communications/Member Marketing/Social/Line OA/Activity Apps) platforms/channels and driving integration and connectivity between Brand and Marketing teams to bring to life the Brand Architecture, achieving an elevated digital Marketing Planner’s 13-week journey & on and off platform consumer experience across every touchpoint
l Partner with GC 365 Product Marketing and NDDC to identify, translate, adapt, or locally create 365 product stories to empower local business with the platform-led product storytelling, rooted from HK/TW market and consumer insights, at their speed
l Lead and design local 365 Member Marketing strategies, including the onboarding journey, re-engagement and triggered communications throughout the member lifecycle, in collaboration with GC and local Membership teams
l Partner with NDDC & Membership Planning to support the plan and execution of outbound communication including 365 commercial needs & member journey, to serve our membership throughout their lifecycle for owned digital platforms and stores that drives both member engagement and direct commerce results
l Coach the team and cross functional teams to embrace modern data marketing approach, to setup framework and drive test and learn to power the learning agenda for actionable insights and continuous improvement
l Serve as a Team Leader of GC Nike CDMD HKTW and a member of HKTW Marketplace & Nike Direct Digital Commerce Team
l Partner with GC Nike CDM, HK/APLA(TW) NDDC, GC Digital Studio and Nike Tech teams in the vision, delivery and execution of new digital capabilities and a disruptive idea to improve and advance the platform and member experience in HK & TW
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
l You will directly report to the Consumer Direct Marketing Digital Senior Director. This position requires the collaborative relationship, so you will work closely with the business leaders of Nike.com, Nike Stores & Account Management as business partners & Marketing Brand/Creative/Media/Store functions as brand partners. Also, you will lead the vision and strategies to transform our brand into the most sophisticated, member focused, digital brand in the world. You will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer across the ‘One Marketing & Marketplace’.
