Job Responsibility:
· Take part in cross-functional change management projects to ensure DC network fulfillment and on-time delivery by capacity readiness
· Initiative on E2E flow optimization of operations processes and system to improve effectiveness through digitalization.
· Partner with cross functions (DSM & MPO & Log.) to deliver the centralized rolling 12months demand vs capacity forecast plan across all CN forward facilities
· Provide standardized data reports, automated dashboards to DC ops for timely capacity preparation
* Ensure the most accurate demand information available from IB/OB/storage for all DCs
* Support the update of the capacity forecast model for effective decision making
· Analyze IB/OB historical flow pattern to improve forecast accuracy
· Identify capacity risk and drive mitigation plan to support business growth especially digital and wholesale channels
