WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a high-performing Team Sales Manager to lead our Team Sales business in Japanese market.

Responsible for maximizing Team Sales business and driving the Marketplace Unit team to hit the seasonal revenue targets.

Build a strategy for Team Sales business and contribute to business growth in Performance Category.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Drive marketplace management for a Team Sales business. Responsible for maximizing Team Sales business and driving the team to hit the seasonal revenue targets.

- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity

- Set the strategy to maximize Team Sales business and execution

- Monitor and report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales progress and achieve sales target

- Analyze weekly sales status as well as market trend and identify business opportunities and challenges

- Manage and monitor inventory amount and maintain proper volume to minimize business loss

- Present business strategy with products information to account

- Establish strong relationship with account, retailer, and individual teams

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report to the Performance Authenticators Director, Marketplace unit.

Lead Team Sales business support members to grow our business.

Work cross functionally with Marketplace Unit Leaders, brand team, merchandising team, Marketplace operation teams and Sports Marketing team to ensure alignment on distribution and commercial priorities to ensure seasonal readiness at the key game plan checkpoints.
