WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Korea Marketplace Operations (MPO) is looking for a process lead who will lead end-to-end digital order management and Online to Offline (O2O) operations.
This role is a critical position to enable and deliver double digits growth of digital business in the Korea Marketplace. You will support the general operations and health of the business by providing actionable insights to deliver business results. You will analyze and influence business decisions through tradeoffs with cross-functional partners to run the business profitably. You are responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities for internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• Responsible for end-to-end order book health management and integrity for Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC).
• Provide premium order management services in line with APLA (the Asia Pacific & Latin America) services strategy.
• Manage Pre/In/Postseason product readiness and shipment forecast, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Synchronize and optimize shipping plans with financial expectations.
• Manage and execute orders against account plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborating with NDDC / Demand Supply Management (DSM) and external business partners to drive/experiment with omnichannel capabilities and local agility.
• Manage O2O fulfillment performance with NDDC and Logistics: refine, track and monitor omnichannel fulfillment KPI, issue pickup, escalation, and solving.
• Support & enable seamless & premium consumer services thru cross-functional working.

You will be working with cross-functional teams - Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Demand Supply Management (DSM), Finance. Nike Technology and Logistics. This position also collaborates with 3rd party logistics and external last-mile delivery partner(s). Reporting directly to NDDC & O2O MPO Manager.
