Job Description
Key Responsibilities

· Utilize, define, and refine processes and tools to support the intake, prioritization, capacity allocation, status reporting and communication of the GC digital portfolio

· Recommend and champion key changes, evolution, and toolsets to more effectively and efficiently manage a growing and complex portfolio of programs and deliverables

· Align portfolio with business strategies and budgets by coordinating and managing the business cases of the portfolio, as well as coordinating Global/Geo budget and funding allocation needs

· Establish and maintain cross functional and global / geo coordination for the key initiatives and priorities

· Work with the Nike GC and Global Digital enterprise leadership to intake and prioritize ongoing GC roadmap requests including partnering with the Agile Program Management Leadership Team, Product leadership, Design, and Engineering in estimating level of effort, impacts of the change and communication to enterprise leadership

· Partner with the product organization to modify impacted roadmaps

· Key driver and partner with finance and HR for the annual financial planning process for the portfolio

· Chairs recurring Nike Digital portfolio meeting and ensures critical portfolio items, dependencies, and capacity questions are visible, reviewed, and decisions are made to keep work moving through the weekly enterprise portfolio meeting
