Job Mission: Reporting to the Global SVP of IT, the Director of Global IT is a critical leadership role to develop and enable NB's global business and digital transformation. This role is accountable for the successful enablement of technology solutions across the globe by engaging directly and through teams with regional and market business leaders. They must know and understand the context of the business priorities and plans, and also provide visibility and communication of the IT plans and roadmaps. They will be expected to review and understand existing processes as well as recommend and implement best practices, as well as lead and develop and grow global teams. Establishing a strong partnership with business leaders across the globe and shepherding IT initiatives to grow and support the business a must.

Major Accountabilities:
! Lead and develop the regional IT teams and organization, made up of both direct and dotted-line reports, primarily focused in established key markets in EMEA, APAC, Japan, China and covering all areas outside of North America including emerging markets.
! Partner with business leaders and executives in the international regions to understand business needs and priorities and ensure the IT team is enabling and driving growth and achieving appropriate service levels.
! Own, communicate, and evangelize the IT regional roadmaps, both within the region and to global IT and business stakeholders. Provide input and the International perspective to North America and Global roadmaps and communications.
! Provide leadership and oversight to the regional project portfolio; Ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
! Accountable for regional organizational and resource planning. Own the organizational plan for the regions. Ensure teams have the right capacity, growth opportunities, and skill sets and advocate for resources where there are any gaps.
! Lead and enable the regional IT Transformation roadmap, and champion change and evolution of people, process, and capabilities globally.

Requirements for Success:
! Minimum of 10 years of experience with minimum 3+ years in a senior IT leadership role in a global organization.
! Experience leading and building IT teams in EMEA and/or APAC, Japan, China; demonstrated knowledge of region-specific business context and environment required
! Must have demonstrated experience working with vendor ecosystems in geographies outside of North America
! Comfortable leading product-driven teams and roadmaps
! Business acumen and ability to build and influence roadmaps with the business
! Strong applications knowledge, ERP (D365 a plus or SAP/ Oracle); global business applications leadership experience
! Experienced and capable of leading implementation and transformative initiatives on a global scale
! Program management oversight and vendor management experience required
! Travel (20-25%) and collaboration across multiple time zones required
