JOB MISSION:

Own all aspects of Marketing planning/execution to engage New Balance consumers in collaboration with must win Key Account retail partners.  Drive meaningful consumer connections through exceptional Marketing plans including paid media, database, online and in-store.   Specifically, this role owns a heightened focus and plans for DSW and Kohl’s.  

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
! Development of annual/seasonal channel marketing plans leveraging paid media, social media, retailer database, online and in-store tactic to highlight the NB brand and support key product launches that drive consumer consideration and conversion.
! Support Director NA Commercial Marketing –to drive development and execution of Marketing plans and aligning to Global and Regional direction
! Support channel marketing needs for specific account partners (DSW, Kohl’s) including building/executing retailer specific Marketing programs, collaboration + communication with retail partners, measuring plan performance and budget management.
! Manage internal resources and 3rd party agencies to accomplish business objectives and execute at the highest level
! Collaborate with cross functional internal teams in the Go-to-Market process including sell-in, planning and execution
! Oversee project management of seasonal Regional content creation and production of all content supporting the channel and key account partners

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
! Ability to think strategically while comfortable with project management details. Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple departments
! Experience must include prior project leadership role demonstrating initiative and organizational skills in managing multiple assignments with varying degrees of complexity
! Excellent verbal and written communications skills
! Experience developing creative briefs and spearheading Marketing content needs
! Strong channel marketing focus
! Retail experience a definite asset
! Must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to express a perspective with conviction
! Excellent verbal/written communications skills
! Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5-8 years in marketing capacity  
! Computer skills required including Microsoft Office and proficiency in internal platforms
! Some travel required
