Do you want to be part of the future of New Balance?  Digital visualization and communication both inside the company and to consumers is a key focus for New Balance.  We are looking for a 2D graphic artist that wants to be part of the footwear design team to bring designs to life. Our visualization team will be focused on creating 100% photo real virtual samples of our future footwear line.  Be part of the building this new team at New Balance. The ideal Junior Visual Production Artist has a high level of experience in illustrator and photoshop with a high level of attention to details.  We are looking for someone that can utilize these graphic design skills to aid the 3D modelling team with 2D tasks related to creating photo real imagery.  Familiarity with catalogue/lookbook imagery manipulation, animation, 3D tools and techniques are a plus, but not necessary for this entry level role. In addition, this person will support the product design team with internal communication documents and imagery using design assets created by the team. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Under the supervision of the 3D Production Manager, Junior Visual Production Artist Artist will: • Complete quality work on time and to specification • Complete illustrator work in relation to 3D visualization • Complete Photoshop work in relation to 3D visualization • Manage, create and input digital material library • Create product range grids on a seasonal basis REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS • Proven and demonstrable experience in Illustrator and Photoshop • Communicates and collaborates effectively with the Designers • Able to adapt to change, rapid iterations, and revisions • Handles constructive feedback well • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Continuous learner Our Benefits:Our products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
