MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Managing Stock: • Maintain a full understanding and implementation of Company objectives e.g. Stockroom and Delivery standards • Liaise and communicate with the Stock Manager on a daily basis to ensure understanding of any issues that affect the stockroom and shop floor • Ensuring stockrooms are well organised and that Company standards are adhered to and maintained at all times e.g. all stock is tagged, cubed and merchandised to Company standards using specialist equipment when necessary • Ensuring all deliveries are processed and productivity targets are consistently met by the stockroom team – controlling any backlog • Supporting the Stock Manager with movement of stock within the store (and/or warehouse and off-site locations if appropriate) • Raising awareness of, and controlling stock loss within their area • Support team with store inventory counts Team Supervision: • Effectively communicating and ensuring all associates working in the stock room adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Driving productivity within the stockroom • Identifying and carrying out training and development needs of associates within the stockroom • Assisting with any employee related issues • Liaising and communicating with store management team  REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: • 1-2 years Retail Stockroom and Delivery experience (Supervisory experience is required) • Initiative to coach and mentor to drive productivity and develop teams • Self-driven and leads own learning and development • Excellent attention to detail • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills required • Must demonstrate proficiency with PC’s for spreadsheets, word processing, and inventory software • Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays • Available to work occasional night shifts and must be available for inventory counts Our Benefits:Our products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
