Responsibilities: • Establish, maintain, and improve NBStage training programs as part of a team effort for all existing and future manufacturing operations to include cut thru assembly.   • Promote shared and standardized training techniques throughout New Balance manufacturing.  • Follow NBStage training standards from requested training thru the end of stage 4 transitions.  In addition to the hands on training of the trainees, this process includes: scheduling requested training, daily tracking and giving thorough feedback to associates in training, reporting to the training supervisor the status of each trainee, and maintaining proper documentation as detailed through direct observations of trainee. • Seek improved leadership ability.   • Demonstrate concise efforts portraying professionalism to trainees, peers and management.   • Uphold the integrity of our lean manufacturing environment improving 6S organization in the Learning Center and adapting training material as factory standards for safety, quality and efficiency improvement. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 plus years of experience in manufacturing process or a related area required. • Experience working on Assembly line. • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Products (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT AND OUTLOOK). • Excellent communication and organizational skills, Basic reading, writing and math skills. • Two to three years of shoe manufacturing experience. Familiarity with all New Balance shoe styles, shoe components and machinery.   • Must be able to travel to the five Domestic Sites.
