Overview The role will be responsible for all Ecommerce Marketing across New Balance EMEA websites, which will include traffic driving activities, plus all ecommerce affiliate and paid social media campaigns. The position will be responsible for the EMEA ecommerce and Social Media game plan, aligning for both global and regional requirements, and will coordinate and manage the process with both internal associates and external digital agencies. Responsibilities MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Responsible for E-Commerce Marketing and Paid Social for EMEA Region • Coordinate E-Commerce Vendor marketing team and main point of contact for all marketing related Ecom activities across EMEA Region • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, campaign briefing, etc. ) • Grow revenue, ROI and customer acquisition for PPC ads, shopping ads, display ads, and all other online paid advertising campaigns with PPC Agency. • Work with various affiliate marketing channels including cashback/loyalty programs, comparison shopping and content marketing that are executed by New Balance’s affiliate partners • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Translate brand strategies into online GTM strategies, creative experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate • Co-ordinate between Global, Regional and Local New Balance Teams • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns • Asset Management from Global through to Vendor. Identify and create assets relevant to global game plan and regional needs. • Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials • Work closely with Social Media team for alignment and partnership on all marketing communications • Optimise best practice and assets from other regions KEY CUSTOMERS • EMEA Marketing • EMEA Ecommerce • Global Marketing, Ecommerce and Social Media • EMEA Regional Marketing Managers • External digital agencies MEASURES OF SUCCESS • Manage Ecommerce marketing budgets across, PPC, Social Media, Display and Affiliate channels • Responsible for Ecommerce KPI’s – Ecommerce Revenue/Margin/Returns/Lead Generation REPORTING STRUCTURE • Reports into the E-Commerce Marketing Manager Qualifications REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS • Experience leading and managing Google Ads, Social, Email and Display advertising campaigns • Experience with Affiliate Marketing on an affiliate marketing team, managing an affiliate program, or at an affiliate network • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing ) • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Expertise with multiple social media channels and experience in Paid Social is a plus • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Results orientated, highly organised and strong communicator • Good business judgement • Instinctive brand guardian • Passion and commitment for New Balance and our corporate value APPLY NOW
