JOB MISSION This role is responsible for developing and executing the US Lifestyle brand and consumer marketing strategy, inclusive of media partnerships, influencers, experiential events, and key product launches.  Driving the US lifestyle business is essential for New Balance to achieve its goal of being a Top 3 Global Athletic Brand. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Develop and drive US Lifestyle consumer marketing strategy and execution, partnering closely with Lifestyle Channel Marketing and Global Lifestyle Marketing teams.    • Lead all key Lifestyle product launch plans for the US, developing integrated plans across paid media, PR, content, influencers, and experiential activations.    • Ensure Lifestyle brand/consumer plans are closely connected to, and positively impact, the Lifestyle commercial business across Wholesale and DTC.   • Play a key leadership role in overall US brand planning to bring in new consumers, increase brand relevancy, and grow market share among our target consumers. • Develop and maintain an ongoing seeding program, developing authentic relationships with US Lifestyle influencers and opinion leaders (working in close partnership with Global Entertainment Marketing Lead).  • Have a deep understanding of US Lifestyle target consumer, new and emerging trends, and stay immersed in relevant areas for our target consumer (music, sports, culture, entrepreneurship, tech, etc.) REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS • 8+ years of integrated marketing experience (ideally within the Lifestyle footwear/apparel space), developing full funnel plans across media (paid, earned, owned), content, influencers, experiential events, etc. • Creative and calculated risk-taker while remaining humble, open-minded, and willing/eager to learn and be coached.  • Proven track record of successfully launching new Lifestyle products, including new/innovative ways to drive word of mouth while achieving sales targets. • Proven experience navigating a complex matrix organization, building strong relationships with cross-functional partners. • Strong understanding of Lifestyle footwear retail space, including Lifestyle & Athletic Specialty channels.  • Excellent budget ownership & management, project management, and campaign analysis/reporting skills. • Some travel required (15-20%).
